"Run of the Gods"

It was our fourth day skiing the terrain around the hut. The snow that was falling as an A-Star dropped us off in the valley continued for days, shrouding the large peaks we were told were surrounding us in dense fog and clouds as snow squalls hit the Valkyr mountain range like sets of waves hitting a beach. We had been skinning and skiing our usual lines most of the day when the clouds momentarily lifted and a faint ray of sun illuminated the summit of Hilda Peak and the ski run of the gods.
